You can see quite a few
deer
around Siltcoos while boating or hiking,
if you keep your eye balls peeled.
This baby seal must have made it's way up the 2 or 3 mile Siltcoos River, from the ocean {with or without it's mother} and proceeded to whine & cry {right in our docking area}for a day & night, and was gone the next morning.
